This blued iron fry pan is ideal for preparing paella, as its low side provides good evaporation of liquids. The paella pan has numerous other possible uses: it can be used on the hob, as well as in the oven, depending the size. It has two stainless steel wire side handles, which are welded on. The blued iron pan seasons, getting blacker and naturally non-stick the more it is used. This pan is suitable for any cook top, except for induction.
