Its ultra-smooth surface also ensures quick and easy cleaning, even after simmered preparations. Its rounded shape makes mixing, reducing and coating easier, while its French-style curved handle provides a comfortable grip.
Compatible with all heat sources, including induction, it adapts to every kitchen and every cooking style.
Compatible with all stovetops, including induction, your ceramic frying pan adapts to any kitchen. To preserve it for a long time, it’s recommended to gradually increase the heat when using this non-stick pan.
Aluminum is a great heat conductor - it heats up quickly and distributes heat evenly. Non-stick coatings are sensitive to overheating and thermal shock and are better suited for gentle cooking. When using it on induction, there is no need to use the booster function, and we recommend not using the cooktop at full power.
