The regular and controlled cooking provided by the thick aluminum cast iron allows for gentle cooking of delicate dishes such as certain types of fish. The exceptional slipperiness of the coating allows for cooking with very little fat. Ideal for delicate cooking or reheating. Can be used with the removable LOQY handle or with the pair of LOQY beech wood handles. The removable system allows you to transform your utensil into a frying pan thanks to the removable LOQY handle or into a Plancha thanks to the pair of removable LOQY handles.
The LOQY handle is neither oven nor dishwasher safe.
