de Buyer - Savarin Springform with funnel base 26 cm Non-Stick - With its 2 interchangeable bases (a flat base and a Savarin base), this mould is multifunctional. It can be used to make numerous traditional round cakes or desserts, as well as to prepare ring and Savarin cakes. The sides are completely removed by the hinge, to change the base easily and make it easier to turn out the cake. Made of iron, the mould is sturdy and diffuses heat evenly for uniform baking and perfectly golden cakes. Covered with a strong PFOA-free non-stick coating, iron is protected against oxidation and it is also much easier to turn out the cakes. Grease the mould before use.
