Also ideal for warming up pre-cooked dishes or to thicken sauces without altering tastes, colors and flavors.
- Forged aluminium 4mm: unbreakable; allows to heat up gradually.
- Bottom made of induction-friendly AISI 430 ferritic stainless steel.
- Ultra-resistant and reinforced inner and outer black coating, last generation : guaranteed PFOA and particles free; 60 microns against 40 for similar items.
- Extreme and durable performance and high resistance to abrasion and high heat. Optimal slip. 50% longer lifetime.
- Care: wash by hand only, non-abrasive sponge.
- Suitable for all heat sources including induction and oven cooking. (10 minutes at 230°C maximum)
