Elastomoule of 6 inverted pyramids with an insert, ideal for cold dishes (mousses, flans ...) or individual cakes. The insert enables you to pour in coulis, chocolate or caramel sauce and make original decorations. Exploiting the R'System, heat convection is perfect for baking all the cups evenly.
Elastomoule can be used for hot and cold preparations. For baking, it can only be used in traditional ovens. With oven baking, place the mould on a rack or perforated baking tray for perfect heat convection. A recipe card comes with the tray. We suggest hand washing Elastomoule with warm water and washing-up liquid.The tray features the R'System (holes) for perfect circulation of the hot air, evenly baking all the pastries.
